Committed to a healthier Mississippi, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi promotes healthy, active lifestyles through its Let's Go Walkin' campaign. Three 30-second TV spots by Communication Arts met BCBS's desire to highlight participating communities across the state. Moving testimonials of the changes walking brought about in life and work, struck a chord with the target audience. Testimonials included a Hattiesburg fireman who lost over 55 pounds and Mayor Henry Espy of Clarksdale, who began to see his community differently as he walked to work each day.
