
MLICCI is a statewide organization of parents, providers, and community leaders working together to improve child care for Mississippi’s low-income children, advocate for better policies and greater public investment in child care subsidies, and build a strong, grassroots constituency for the working poor and their children. Communication Arts designed the mark to be simple, durable, and clearly expressive of the organization’s nurturing quality, then applied it to operational materials and reports over a number of years.
