
Anticipating the celebration of its 100th anniversary, one of the largest sheetfed printers in the region turned from its in-house, full-service design department to the creative services of Communication Arts to establish a new identification. The new mark visually represents the printed page or book and its strength reflects Hederman’s extensive capabilities in custom printing, binding, delivery, and fulfillment.



Tangent to the corporate identification of this distinguished enterprise was the creation of the slogan, “A Century in Print,” and a centennial seal for the two-year celebration.

In addition to operational materials and environmental applications, modest design standards were developed for in-house design staff to continue identity program applications.
