Set on Canton’s historic town square, the Canton Multicultural Center and Museum offers an educational, inspirational glimpse into the lives and struggles of Canton’s African-American population, from the early days of slavery to the mid-20th century. Commissioned by the Canton Convention & Visitors Bureau, Communication Arts developed identification for the Center/Museum, a traveling feature exhibit for its premiere, plus video and interactive components.

With few available artifacts, Communication Arts concentrated on telling the stories of noteworthy and nameless individuals through archival images composed in large, shippable poster frames. In addition, display and touch-screen monitors invite visitors to learn more about the town and its people.
