125 Years at Mississippi State University

The “Pictoral History of the People’s University” is an inspiring collection of images, artifacts, and memories portraying the rich heritage of Mississippi State University over its first 125 years. More than 300 images contrast the “then” and “now” of people, places, and traditions in this hard-bound, 144-page, color, coffee table book, with custom endpapers. The book’s dust jacket sets the theme of the publication by featuring a vintage postcard image of Lee Hall juxtaposed with the new look-alike Swalm Building. Similar comparisons visually play throughout the book and are supported with introductions by notable alumni and strategic captioning.
